Protect your information

Choose the route that best fits your concern. Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, full payment-card details, or another person’s sensitive information unless we specifically and lawfully request it through a secure channel.

Contact routes

• Member support, service complaints, and payment issues: use the staffed support contact in the operator block.
• Privacy, data access, export, correction, consent withdrawal, and deletion: use the privacy contact in the operator block or in-app Privacy Controls.
• Safety and urgent account concerns: use the safety contact or the nearest in-app report control.
• Security vulnerabilities: use the security contact and avoid placing exploit details in a general support ticket.
• Legal notices and illegal-content notices: use the legal or DSA contact and service address.
• Moderation appeals: use the in-app appeal path or the appeal contact listed below.

Immediate danger

For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In Poland and the EU, call 112. The Vow is not an emergency or crisis-response service and cannot dispatch assistance.

Response expectations

We aim to acknowledge a message within two business days and to give a substantive answer within ten business days. Privacy rights requests are answered within the period set out in the Privacy Policy, which is the statutory one. Credible reports of imminent harm are prioritised ahead of everything else.
